Thyrm LLC ships products using USPS within the United States, and also ships to International Locations using USPS. Once shipments arrive at new countries, they are not insured or trackable unless they are ordered through USPS Flat Rate. Cost for USPS First Class International, which is not insured or trackable once orders leave the US, is significantly lower (for instance $17 for small orders) than the insured and trackable USPS International Flat Rate (about $30 for small orders). We are able to track all orders until they leave the US, but upon arrival in the other country, often carriers become the local national carrier, so tracking is more difficult (hence the higher cost). Since all international orders have customs forms filed, it should be technically possible to track the order as it arrives and moves through the other country, but Thyrm may have trouble doing this.
The recipient at the address outside of the United States is responsible for any duties or customs required in order to receive the shipment; the receiving post office may charge these upon pickup. Duties/customs are based upon the value of the shipment, and Thyrm LLC will list the advertised price of the product so that the receiving post office can determine the appropriate fees, if they choose to charge them. Refusal to pay customs/duties does not warrant a refund for Thyrm product.
If you are interested in making an international order, but you feel the shipping rates are prohibitive to do this, or you require extensive insurance or tracking provided by a private, international carrier, you are welcome to contact Thyrm for a purchase and shipping quote.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also include a note with a reason for the return and your e-mail address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of our completion of the aforementioned inspection.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the defect/damage you found and which item you would like to exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it, it will be assumed that it was not sent.
