Shipping Origins
Unless special arrangements are made, shipments originate from:
- Illinois - Our warehouse
- Ohio - Our manufacturer
Bulk Orders
Police and military groups may qualify for bulk discounts. Contact us for purchase and shipping quotes.
Expedited Shipping
Note: As of October 1, 2014, expedited shipping is no longer available through Thyrm.com. For alternative shipping options, contact us with your needs and preferences.
Domestic Shipping (US)
All domestic shipments use USPS within the United States.
International Shipping
Tracking Limitations
We can track all orders until they leave the US. Once in destination countries, tracking becomes difficult as carriers often transfer to local national carriers. Recipients may need to track through their local postal service.
Customs & Duties
- Recipients are responsible for all customs duties and fees
- Duties based on advertised product price listed on customs forms
- Local post office may charge fees upon pickup
- Important: Refusal to pay customs/duties does not warrant a refund

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Requirements
- Item must be unused and in same condition as received
- Must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Include note with reason for return and email address

Refund Process
- We email confirmation when return is received
- After inspection, we notify you of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds processed within 7 days to original payment method
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company or bank

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items with the same product.
Exchange Process
- Email us at deborah@thyrm.com explaining the defect/damage
- Wait for our response with instructions
- Ship item to our return address above
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Delivery time varies by location
- Items over $75 should use trackable shipping or insurance
- Important: We don't guarantee receipt of returned items
