RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it, it will be assumed that it was not sent.
Depending on where you live, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at cs@thyrm.comexplaining the defect/damage and which item you would like to exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days of completing our inspection.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@thyrm.com.
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
