Unless special arrangements are made away from the Thyrm shopping engine, shipments ship out of Illinois (our warehouse) or Ohio (our manufacturer).

Unless special arrangements are made outside of the Thyrm shopping platform, all shipments are processed from our warehouse in Illinois, office in California, or our manufacturing facility in Ohio.

Bulk orders for police departments, military units, or other large groups may qualify for volume discounts. Please contact Thyrm at gov@thyrm.com for a custom purchase and shipping quote.

Thyrm LLC ships domestically and internationally via USPS. International customers have two shipping options:

• USPS First Class International: Lower cost option (approximately $20 for small orders) but uninsured and untrackable once packages leave the United States
• USPS International Flat Rate: Higher cost option (approximately $40 for small orders) with insurance and tracking capabilities

All orders can be tracked until they leave the US. Upon arrival in the destination country, packages are typically transferred to the local postal service, making tracking more difficult.

International recipients are responsible for all customs duties and fees required by their country. The customer may be billed customs and duties upon checkout so we can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and customs are calculated based on the declared product value, which Thyrm will list at the advertised retail price.

Important: Refusal to pay required customs duties does not qualify a customer for a product refund.
