When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

PayPal, WordPress, and MailChimp also use your IP, browser, and operating system information so that content loads appropriately; MailChimp will not load pop-up coupon campaigns if a user at your IP has recently rejected the campaign, for instance.
Email marketing: You may sign up to be on our eNews list by using the subscription field at Thyrm.com or checking checkboxes labeled for subscription during account generation or order generation. We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. If you would like to unsubscribe from these emails, you can indicate this by clicking through the unsubscribe link within those e-mails. You can also reply to the e-mails and ask us to unsubscribe you.
SMS marketing: You may sign up for SMS marketing by providing a SMS Phone Number in the contact form at Thyrm.com. A phone number used in orders is NOT automatically signed up for SMS marketing. If you would like to unsubscribe from SMS, text STOP. Further details about SMS marketing are in Section 16 of the Terms of Service.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting your data and using it for that specific reason only. When you purchase through our website, you imply that you are a legal age to do so. When you provide your name and email, you imply that you are a legal age to do so (which is 16 or older in the EU).
On occasion, Thyrm partners with other organizations during marketing campaigns that may include give-aways. If you register for these campaigns, you accept terms of agreement unique to those events that may include indicating that all partner organizations may use your email and other information (like your name) that you provide during registration.
How do I withdraw my consent?

You can also use the link at the base of an email to unsubscribe to eNews, or you can login to your Thyrm user account and use the settings of that account to suspend that account.
Our store is hosted by Web Hosting Logic, using a WordPress database, Shipwire shipping tools, MailChimp marketing, and PayPal ecommerce tools. Your personal information is stored in the Thyrm database, and payment information such as credit card information is stored with PayPal. Web Hosting Logic, WordPress, Shipwire, MailChimp, and PayPal use secure servers behind a firewall.
PayPal stores encrypted payment information using encryption that meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. PayPal’s direct payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us (for instance Web Hosting Logic, WordPress, Shipwire, MailChimp, and PayPal) will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, each third-party service provider has its own privacy policy in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
