The PyroVault 2.0 Lighter Armor is compatible with all Zippo Inserts we offer at Thyrm.com.  You can purchase these inserts with a PyroVault, and receive a discount*, so if you’d like to purchase them together, we recommend purchasing them from the PyroVault 2.0 Lighter Armor Page.  If you love the MOLLE/pocket clip of the original PyroVault, you can purchase the Thyrm Zippo Classic Lighter with the original PyroVault on the PyroVault Lighter Armor Page, at a discount* for the set.

Here are the Zippo Inserts offered:

• Zippo Yellow Flame Butane Lighter Insert is a pressurized butane insert that has a replaceable flint wheel ignition and produces a cooler, odorless flame. It is compatible with the PyroVault 2.0, but NOT the original PyroVault.
• Zippo Single Torch Butane Lighter Insert is a butane insert with push button ignition and an adjustable flame.  It is compatible with the PyroVault 2.0, but NOT the original PyroVault.
• Zippo Double Torch Butane Lighter Insert is a butane insert with push button ignition and dual adjustable flames. It is compatible with the PyroVault 2.0, but NOT the original PyroVault.
• Thyrm Zippo Classic Lighter is a classic fluid lighter in a powder-coated black steel case with a bicolor Thyrm logo of twin bearded axes and a sprocket gear. The insert in it is compatible with the original PyroVault AND PyroVault 2.0.
• Zippo Bit Safe Lighter Insert is a functional screwdriver with 4 removable bits: #1 Phillips, #2 Phillips, #2 Flat, and T20 Torx heads.  The three heads not in use sit at the base of the insert, and the one in use fits where a lighter’s flame would be by way of a strong magnet.  It is compatible with the Pyrovault 2.0, but NOT the original Pyrovault.  This lighter insert does not act as a lighter – it holds tools instead.  The insert is compatible with standard ¼ inch bits so you can use your own bits to customize the load-out, to match your equipment needs.

All inserts and lighters come empty, without fluid or butane.  All inserts fit all Zippo cases except Slim and 1935 Replica Cases.

The Thyrm Zippo Classic Lighter is made in the USA.  All other Zippo inserts are imported.
